Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What counts as a live coaching session?
A 45-minute video call with your assigned coach. Sessions are scheduled through the platform and include auto-generated calendar links, reminders, and post-session notes.
How does async feedback work?
After you submit homework through the portal, your coach reviews it using the rubric criteria, adds written annotations, and optionally records a short feedback video. You get notified when the review is ready.
What’s the minimum commitment for teams?
Team plans require a minimum of 5 seats. You can add additional seats at $49/seat/month at any time.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a free intake assessment so you can see your baseline and understand the coaching workflow before committing to a paid plan.
Can I buy extra sessions without upgrading?
